		<description>There are so many things that can affect rent price, I was not surprised that it takes time to find out how to set your price.  I already knew that you have to drive the area to find out how much to set the rent for, but knowing that you can test the waters is something I didnt really think about.  I always thought that there was a certain price you have to keep your rent at, I guess not.

		<description>I dont get how you know what the 85% is.  I just bought a house in Fulton and we paid 203k for it, if we rent it at 85% of this?  Or is it what my rent would be I would need to be able to drop to 85% of that?  Not toooo sure I understand, but im learning.  Love the site!!  I just need to read more I guess.</description>
